Puppy Tips And So Much More!

Whenever I leave the house, and put the puppy in my room by herself, she chews up everything and drags everything around the room. Clothes, shoes, boxes, blankets, she ripes everything up, and she only does this when I am not around. How can I stop this?

Hey there. Consider that this is not "bad behavior", but natural puppy behavior that will certainly continue and get worse if things are left as they are at your house.
Puppies are biting and chewing machines. Why didn't you puppy proof your home before you got her? There's no way that any puppy or young dog will "just know" the rules of your home. Keep your puppy safe and retain your sanity by not allowing access to any forbidden items. This is common sense.
Hope you aren't punishing her after you come home and she's done destroying your belongings. Puppies and dogs cannot and will not ever understand punishment when it's badly timed. This means that when you come home after mistakenly leaving her where she can rip things up and discover yet another mess, that you should roll up a newspaper….and hit yourself over the head with it.
Get a crate for your dog. Learn how to acclimate your dog to her crate so that she will not freak out when you leave her. There are directions for this here:

Please take a training class. Learning just a little bit about how dogs learn will save you a lot of grief and frustration. Good luck!

that is because she is bored.
I hate crates, although, it is really best for the dogs. so you may consider that as an option. I don't crate, but am home all the time.
so if you are not home, you need to crate train her until she is over the puppy stage
